March Instagram Roundup - All Dressed Up

March Instagram Roundup

Happy April! Today I'm sharing this month's Instagram roundup! March was a lovely month because so many exciting new things happened, and I got to travel home not once, but twice! Lot's of Charleston photos in this one!

Ah, Sugar Bakeshop. If you're ever in Charleston, this charming little Bakery is a must! My absolute favorite are the chocolate almond coconut cupcakes. Brian loves the sugar lime cookies, and my mom always goes for the classic double chocolate chip cookies! But basically it's just so cute, and just as charming on the inside.

My favorite, favorite thing about my parent's new house are the double porches! There is one on the lower level, but this one is right off of my room. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, or to just sit and relax (also with coffee).

I snapped this shot of the Palmer Home while strolling around downtown with my blogger bff Ruya of Sweet, Short and Stylish! She was in town for a few days, and I jumped at the chance to show her around! Meeting internet friends in real life is pretty fun.

I loved how well my Keds paired with my favorite laid-back peplum top! I definitely have to take a minute to appologize because I realized that I have put this top on here twice now without a proper blog post. I have a handful of outfits I need to shoot, and I definitely need to add this top into the mix!

Basically I found this tank in the back of my closet and realized it deserved an Instagram! If I remember correctly, I snagged it on clearance at Old Navy sometime last year for literally $4. If you're ever looking for cute and cheap graphic tee's, Old Navy is the place to go!

Do you ever do that thing where you hope putting on cute workout clothes will end with you actually working out? I do this a lot, and it sometimes works and sometimes I end up saying 'oh well' and just sitting on my porch sipping sweet tea. Either way this Lilly Grace tank (c/o Lilly Grace) is so cute and comfortable, I wear it all the time, working out or not!

Anyone else obsessing over palm prints and chunky heels for spring like I am? This dress was an H&M find from last year, but I took the opportunity to link some of my favorite palm print items for this season!

I've posted these gingham pants before, and I love them so much there is a very high chance I will be re-styling them for Spring! This is my favorite casual way to wear them- a cute and simple tee with my go-to Tory Burch sandals and simple accessories!

'Ya know when it's Friday, you're finished with classes for the day, and you have the whole weekend ahead free to spend time with your cute boyfriend? Obligatory stop at Dunkin Donuts for a dozen sprinkled donuts.

'Spring' doesn't necessarily equate to 'warm' in St. Louis, so I love how cozy this sweater is while the white and navy keep it looking bright and seasonal!

Yay for room updates! If you guys saw this post, you know I have been having the best time decorating my room in the new house. I have really been striving to make it very 'me' by keeping it simple with lots of whites, and making it fun with accent pieces like these Kate Spade pillows!

I was so excited that it was finally warm enough while I was home for spring break to lay out at the beach! I definitely have a strong collection of tumblers going that I take with me on beach trips but this one is by far my favorite! If you've never checked out they have literally the cutest things!

Is it really a trip home without a pink wall photo?

Ya'll, I had a for-real struggle trying to find the perfect pair of boyfriend jeans. It's well established that I am a picky shopper, but all I was really looking for were a pair that fit well, were destroyed, and not too light of a wash. I know, I know, that's still a lengthy checklist, but I really didn't think it would be too difficult of a process. Oh but it was. I have longer legs than the average jean wearer apparently because all of the cropped pairs looked way cropped and every wash was way light. Anyway, you can imagine my excitement when I found this pair! Even better, they were only $30!

Thanks so much for reading, I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend, and a wonderful April so far! You can follow along on Instagram by following me here at!
