Off the Shoulder/Downtown Charleston - All Dressed Up

Off the Shoulder/Downtown Charleston

Well, I am officially back in St. Louis. I won't be back to Charleston until October, so I wanted to do a final post trying to capture the gorgeousness that is my wonderful new home!

For my last weekend in Charleston, I wanted to spent it doing some of my favorite things; laying out on Folly Beach, walking the pier, taking pictures downtown, drinking coffee at Waterfront Park... it was perfect, and I already miss it entirely too much. But good news! I am in the process of creating a Charleston travel guide, sharing more details on what my favorite things to do and see were during my first two month stay! That being said, I would love to hear any recommendations you all have for the post! Yes I live there now, but there is literally so much to do, I would love to hear if you all have any favorites as well.

I wanted this post to be more focused on the background and the photography than on my outfit, so I chose this simple, white, off the shoulder top that I have been wearing on repeat all summer. Did I mention you can find it here for under $10 at ASOS?! I chose to pair it with my favorite pair of Old Navy denim shorts, my go-to Tory Burch sandals, this classic panama hat (possibly because I went to the beach before this and my hair was less than cute...), and this simple H&M leather crossbody (similar here in other colors). You can find all outfit details linked below, as well as some other great ASOS off the shoulder finds!

  1. I love it!!! I could never pull of those hats, but hats off to you that you can. (pun intended!) :) I'm originally from Conway-Myrtle Beach area, and have a love for Charleston's charm as well. :)
